A few kilometers away are the beautiful Vaughan Springs, one of the most pretty and hence popular spots for a swim in the warmer months. Once a holiday spot and summer retreat for wealthy Melbournians, Vaughan Springs has historic remains of a dance floor, sprint track, miniature railway and kiosk.
